1. Visit Getcontact Website
Open a web browser and visit the Getcontact website. You can also click this link. Once there, enter the phone number you wish to keep private from the Getcontact app and then click "Continue".
Choose the operating system of the device on which Getcontact is installed, whether it's Android or iOS. You will then see a QR Code which needs to be scanned using the WhatsApp application on your smartphone.
2. Verify Your Number
Open WhatsApp and tap on the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner. Then, select the "Settings" option.
Proceed to click on the barcode icon next to your name to enter camera mode. Aim your phone's camera at the device's screen showing the QR Code and scan it.
